SCALEUP

How the board works

Last updated: 31/08/2026

1. Claiming a rank

Every position on the leaderboard has a price. Pay that price and your listing — name, one-line description, and a link — takes that position immediately. There's no queue and no approval delay for the listing itself; it goes live as soon as payment clears.

2. Getting outbid

Any rank can be taken by anyone willing to pay more than the current price. If your rank is taken, your listing moves down to the next open position, or off the board if none is open. You keep the time your listing was live — there's no refund for being outbid, because the visibility you paid for was delivered while you held the spot.

3. Pricing and currency

All prices on this board are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed through a licensed Indian payment gateway; ScaleUp does not see or store your card details.

4. What you can list

Any brand, product, or service that's legal to advertise in India. You're responsible for the accuracy of your own listing copy and link.

5. What's not allowed

ScaleUp can remove a listing that breaks these rules without a refund, and repeated violations may result in a ban from claiming future ranks.

6. No performance guarantee

ScaleUp sells a ranked position and the visibility that comes with holding it. It does not guarantee any specific number of clicks, visits, leads, or sales — traffic depends on visitors to the site, which varies day to day.

7. Changes to these rules

These rules may be updated as the board evolves. Continuing to use ScaleUp after an update means you accept the current version. See the Terms & Conditions for the full legal terms governing use of this site.
